ASCEND Intake Terms

Purpose and no commitment
This form records a preliminary request for scientific and business screening by Five Stones Technologies Inc. It does not start computation, create a client, fiduciary, advisory, partnership, employment, or research-sponsor relationship, reserve capacity, or obligate either party to proceed. Selection, results, timing, funding, and commercial terms are not guaranteed.
Non-confidential channel
This public form is not a secure data-transfer channel and submission does not create a confidentiality obligation. Do not provide files, trade secrets, proprietary structures or compounds, patient-identifiable information, regulated clinical records, export-controlled material, third-party confidential information, or anything you are not authorized to disclose.
Programs and separate agreements
Founding Target Program requests are selective company-sponsored evaluations of eligible public targets. Sponsored and institutional requests are qualification inquiries only. Any confidential exchange, paid service, collaboration, data processing, publication, intellectual-property treatment, attribution, or other engagement requires separate written terms when applicable.
Scientific limitations
ASCEND outputs are computational hypotheses and research-support materials. They are not clinical, medical, regulatory, legal, investment, or safety advice; do not establish efficacy or safety; and require appropriate independent review and experimental validation. Website examples are illustrative and are not performance guarantees.
Information use and retention
ASCEND may use submitted contact and non-confidential project information to screen the request, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and communicate about possible next steps. Information may be retained for reasonable operational, security, and legal purposes as described in the Privacy Notice.
Authority and accuracy
You confirm that you are authorized to submit the request and that its information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. ASCEND may decline, pause, or request clarification on any submission.
